The Vice President’s Funspiel was held on January 3rd, 2023 and a record turnout of 64 participants were ready to kick off the new year on our newly resurfaced ice sheets. Curlers of all ages from our day, evening and Sunday rental leagues participated in the 2 game x 4 end draw format. After the brooms had been stacked and celebratory drinks poured, two teams claimed the top honours. In the early draw, congratulations go to skip Scott Grafton with Micky Thun, Daniel Boisvert and Tracey McCunn. The late draw winners were skip Mark Dozois with Jonathan Knight, Barbara Carey and Ela Drozd. Congratulations as well to all who turned out to compete and enjoy the evening.
