Daily reservations

Ice rental rates
Base rate for ice rink rental for members or non-members: $330 per ice rink (taxes not included) for 2 hours
Rules applicable to the rental of curling ice :
- All curling players must bring rubber-soled shoes or athletic shoes that have never been worn outdoors.
- A representative from the WMCC must give a presentation on safety before the start of the curling session.
- All rental groups must be accompanied by an instructor or supervisor.
- Basic instruction is included.
- The rates include the use of CCMO brushes and gliding pads. No lockers will be available.
- If bar service is desired, a fee of $30 per hour (minimum 2 hours) applies.
- To confirm the date and time, all rentals must be paid for at the time of booking.
All participants (18 years and older) must READ the following document: Waiver Form – Adult MWCC-oct2022 , then PRINT & SIGN this document before participating in any on-ice activity.
The parent or guardian of a player under 18 years of age must read the following document: Consent and Acceptance of Risk Agreement (under 18 years of age), then PRINT & SIGN this document before the player participates in any activity on the ice.

Reception halls
It is possible to rent the reception hall of the Montreal-West curling club for special activities or parties.
Rental rates for facilities (plus taxes)
- Salon $400
- Reception hall $400
- Lounge and reception room $700
- Kitchen use $200 (+ refundable cleaning deposit $250)
CCMO members in good standing are entitled to rent each of these facilities once a year between January 1st and December 31st, at the following preferential rate:
- Salon $150
- Reception hall $150
- Kitchen use $100
Rules applicable to the rental of facilities
- The rental fee includes the use of the facilities, tables and chairs.
- The tenant is responsible for setting up the tables, washing the dishes and cleaning.
- Additional charges apply for washing household linen (tablecloths etc).
- The bar service is offered at a rate of $30/hour, for a minimum of 2 hours.
- All drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic, MUST be purchased at the CCMO bar.
